Alpha Water is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. While we will make every effort to support you in resolving any delivery issues, responsibility for the package lies with the shipping provider once the item leaves our facility. By placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all U.S. states. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via standard shipping unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
