Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkalphawater.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or general dissatisfaction once the product is opened or used.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, you may be responsible for covering return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
